The Washington Sales Tax Increase, Initiative 90, was on the November 4, 1986 general election ballot in Washington, where it was defeated.

Sponsor John C. McGlenn filed 211,299 signatures to qualify it for the ballot as an Initiative to the Legislature. When the legislature did not take action on the proposed legislation, as provided by state constitution the measure was placed on the ballot where it was defeated.
