The Washington Child and Family Services Tax, Initiative 102, was on the November 7, 1989 general election ballot in Washington. Sponsor Jon LeVeque filed 217,143 signatures to qualify it for the ballot as an Initiative to the Legislature.

When the legislature did not take action on the proposed legislation, as provided by state constitution the measure was placed on the ballot where it was defeated.
