The Montana Voter Approval for Tax Increases Amendment, also known as CI-66, was an initiated constitutional amendment on the November 8, 1994 ballot in Montana, where it was defeated.
CI-66 sought to require voter approval for new or increased taxes at the local and state level.[1]
