The 2012 U.S. House of Representatives elections in West Virginia will take place on November 6, 2012. Voters will elect three candidates to serve in the U.S. House, one from each of the state's three congressional districts.

A three-judge panel has ruled West Virginia's redistricting plan unconstitutional for its unequal distribution of population among its three congressional districts. The court has given the West Virginia Legislature until January 17, 2012, to come up with a new map.[1]
