2012 U.S. Senate Elections

The 2012 U.S. House of Representatives elections in Alabama will take place on November 6, 2012. Voters will elect seven candidates to serve in the U.S. House, one from each of the state's seven congressional districts.

The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run is January 13, 2012. The primary elections were held on March 13, 2012. If no candidate receives 50 percent of the vote, then a primary runoff is required by state law. The runoff is scheduled for April 24, 2012 if necessary.
