Tuscaloosa County Occupational Tax Ban Amendment (2012)

A Tuscaloosa County Occupational Tax Amendment will appear on the November 6, 2012 ballot in Tuscaloosa County, Alabama as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment. The measure would prohibit the implementation of an occupational tax in the county. A similar measure was proposed in Baldwin County. The measure was introduced during 2011 state legislative session.
