Timothy K. Moore (b. October 2, 1970) is a Republican member of the North Carolina House of Representatives. He has represented the 111th district since 2003.

Moore received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill in 1992. He earned his law degree from the Oklahoma City University School of Law in 1995. He is an attorney. Moore and his wife, Juli, have two children, McRae and Wilson.

On February 4, 2009, John Blust, Curtis Blackwood, William A. Current, Sr., Timothy K. Moore and Edgar V. Starnes introduced North Carolina House Bill 47 (2009), which would establish ballot initiatives in that state. Under HB 47, initiatives would need the signatures of 20% of those who voted in the last gubernatorial election.[1]

If the bill passes, the voters would vote in November 2010 on whether they want the initiative.
