Steve Gallardo (b. October 25, 1968) is a Democratic member of the Arizona State Senate. He was elected in 2010 and represents the 13th district.

Gallardo has served in the following positions: Democratic Precinct Committee Member for the Starlight Precinct, First Vice Chairman for District 13 Democrats Committee, Arizona Senate of the Cartwright Elementary School District Board, and member of the Arizona State Democratic Committee. He also served in the Arizona House of Representatives from 2003 to 2009. During this time, he served as Minority Whip.

Gallardo is a former Assistant Elections Director/Campaign Finance Administrator for Maricopa County.
