Ruth Rowan (b. October 12, 1948) is a Republican member of the West Virginia House of Delegates. She has represented District 50 since 2004.

Rowan is an educator. Rowan earned her BS from California University of Pennsylvania. She went on to receive her MA from West Virginia University.[1]

Rowan is running for re-election in the 2012 election for West Virginia House of Delegates, District 57. Rowan defeated Terry L. Craver in the May 8 primary election and is challenged by Joe Moreland, Jr. in the general election which takes place on November 6, 2012.[2][3]
