Phaedra Graham recall (2005)

A petition to recall Mayor Phaedra Graham began in 2005 in Riverdale, Georgia and was the center of a controversial signature gathering method. A complaint was filed in November 2006 with the Georgia Secretary of State's office alleging that a petition circulator, Councilwoman Michelle Bruce, was forging signatures in order to have the petition approved.

The allegations of signature fraud were not borne out on further investigation.

Graham, however, was not recalled in 2005.
