Peter Schwartzkopf is a Democratic member of the Delaware House of Representatives, representing the 14th District since 2002. He currently serves as Majority Leader.

Schwartzkopf is a retired Captain/Troop Commander with the Delaware State Police.

He is a member of the Lions Club, Chair of the Special Olympics, and on the Advisory Committee of Sussex County Habitat for Humanity.[1]

Schwartzkopf won re-election to the 14th District Seat in 2010. He had no primary opposition. Schwartzkopf defeated Christopher J. Weeks (R) in the November 2, 2010 general election.[3]
