Oklahoma State Question 99 (Initiative #67) appeared on the 1920 ballot in Oklahoma. It failed, with 162,749 in favor and 179,271 opposed.
It was an initiated constitutional amendment.
The objective of the measure was to levy an ad valorem tax on every public service corporation owning property in multiple counties of the state; the proceeds of this tax to be used to fund the common schools.
21,474 signatures were filed to qualify it for the ballot.
