Ohio Issue 1, Tax Assessments of Agricultural Lands was on the November 6, 1973 ballot in Ohio as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved.

Issue 1 was about how agricultural land in the state should be assessed for property taxes. It said that agricultural land should be valued according to its agricultural use, rather than by other methods of assessing its value.
