Ohio Referred Issue 7 was a measure regarding the return of estate taxes to political subdivisions. This ballot measure was referred to the ballot by the Ohio State Legislature. It passed, with 57.6% of voters in favor.

On the ballot in the June 8, 1976 primary election.
To require a return of not less than 50% of the estate taxes to political subdivisions, etc. (Art. XII, Secs. 4 and 9)
