Ohio Issue 1 (Referred) was on the November 2, 1915 ballot in Ohio as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated.

Issue 1 (Referred) was a measure to exempt from taxation bonds of the State of Ohio issued on or after January 1, 1916. It also applied to bonds issued by any subdivision or district within the state. If it had been approved, it would have amended Section 12 of Article XII of the Ohio Constitution.
