Ohio Referendum 2 was on the November 6, 1923 ballot in Ohio as a veto referendum, where it was defeated.
Referendum 2 was a challenge to a statute, HB 330 (Mr. Albaugh), enacted by the Ohio State Legislature. HB 330 made the county the unit for assessment of personal property and abolished the office of elective assessor.
