Ohio Issue No. 4 was on the November 3, 1992 ballot in Ohio as an initiated constitutional amendment, where it was approved. It established term limits on members of the Ohio State Legislature.

  • Yes: 2,982,285 (69.2%) Approveda
  • No: 1,378,009 (30.8%)

The question on the ballot was, "To limit successive terms of office for State Senator to two terms and State Representative to four terms."
