Ohio Issue No. 2 (1990) was a measure relating to homestead tax reduction. It passed with 88.8% of voters in favor.
Text of measure
To permit the general assembly to allow surviving spouses of persons who were receiving a homestead tax reduction at the time of death to continue receiving the reduction if the surviving spouse: (Article XII, Sec. 2) 1. Is 60 years old or older, and 2.Continues to live in a qualifying homestead.
