Ohio Issue 1 was on the November 7, 1922 ballot in Ohio as an initiated constitutional amendment, where it was defeated.

Issue 1 was an attempt to impose a 2.75% beverage tax. It would have amended Section 1 and Section 9 of Article XV of the Ohio Constitution.
