The North Dakota Oil Taxes for Wildlife Projects Amendment may appear on the 2012 ballot in North Dakota as an initiated constitutional amendment.

The proposed measure would redirect 5% of oil production and extraction tax revenues to a wildlife projects fund. The wildlife fund would be managed by a nine-member appointed board. State estimates indicate that the fund could collect between $51 million and $84 million annually.[1]
