The Montana State Income Tax Increase Referendum, also known as IR-112, was a veto referendum on the November 8, 1994 ballot in Montana. The house bill on the referendum was rejected.
IR-112 sought to known whether voters approved or rejected HB671, a bill on revision the state income tax system, increasing income tax revenue, and shifting the income tax burden.[1]
