The Missouri Motor Fuel Tax Use Amendment, also known as Amendment 8, was a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment on the August 4, 1992 ballot in Missouri, where it was approved.

Text of measure
The question asked on the ballot was:
- Beginning July 1, 1994, transfers five percent of new motor tax revenues from state road projects to the various counties and City of St. Louis, in addition to the percentage currently received. Approximately $10,000,000 per year by 1997 in road funds would shift from state to counties and the city of St. Louis.[1]
