Missouri Issue 6 was on the November 8, 1938 ballot in Missouri as an initiated constitutional amendment, where it was defeated.
If Issue 6 had been approved, it would have prescribed powers relating to the State Highway Commission and fixed the amount of a motor fuel tax.
