A Maine Gas Tax Increase People's Veto Vote was on the 1941 ballot in Maine as a veto referendum. Voters were asked if they wanted to ratify a recent act of the Maine State Legislature increasing the state's gas tax.

Voters rejected the legislation:

  • In favor: 14,520
  • Opposed: 32,131 Defeatedd
