Eight ballot measures were on the 2010 ballot in the state of Maine. Approximately six initiatives were filed, four did not make the ballot. The legislative session ended on April 12, 2010 thus eliminating any pending proposed measures for the 2010 ballot.

• Five measures appeared on the primary June 8, 2010 ballot, while two measures appeared on the general election ballot November 2, 2010.
• Five measures on the ballot were legislatively-referred state statutes, while one was an initiated state statute and one was a veto referendum.
• All eight measures were approved.
