Larry D. Kump is a Republican member of the West Virginia House of Delegates, District 52. He was first elected in 2010.

Kump is a retired public administrator, having spent most of his career in the criminal justice sector. He worked as a prison case manager, mediator, sex offender treatment therapist, correctional employee trainer, counselor, and legislative relations specialist.

He earned an AA from Hagerstown Community College and a BS from Frostburg State University, and is a graduate of the Maryland Correctional Training Academy.

Kump is running for re-election in the 2012 election for West Virginia House of Delegates, District 59. Kump ran unopposed in the May 8 primary election and is unchallenged in the general election which takes place on November 6, 2012.[1][2]

Kump was elected in District 52 in the November 2, 2010 general election. He defeated Democrat Mike Roberts. He was unopposed in the primary election.[3][4][5]
