No statewide ballot questions are currently certified for the 2012 ballot in the state of Kansas.
- All proposed measures are legislatively-referred constitutional amendments.
- The 2011 regular session began on January 10 and ended in late May.
- Proposed legislatively-referred constitutional amendments during the 2011 session may be revisited during the 2012 legislative session.
- 2012 state legislative session began on January 9, 2012 and is scheduled to end on March 31, 2012. Legislative referrals can be sent to the 2012 ballot during this time.
