A vote about whether to recall Jesse James Johnson, Chuck Henry and Joe Apache from their positions as city commissioners in Raton City, New Mexico, took place on September 14, 2010.[1]
All three were removed from office in the September 14 recall.[2]
Jesse James Johnson was serving as Raton's mayor when he was recalled. Chuck Henry was the city's mayor pro tem and Joe Apache was a commissioner.[3]
