Governor Mead approves of state budget results

CHEYENNE , Wyoming: On Monday, January 30, Governor Matt Mead expressed his approval of the work on the 2013-2014 state budget done by the state Joint Appropriations Committee. according to reports the committee agreed with the governor on the amount that ought to be allocated to the state's communities, highways, and schools. In Governor Mead's words, "These are the priorities that will allow the economy to grow over the coming years." According to his press secretary, the governor was also pleased that the committee found a way to refrain from across the board cuts.[1]
