Griffin served in the Arizona House of Representatives from 1997 to 2001. She was a candidate for the Arizona State Senate in 2000 but was not elected. She then served as Chair of the Couchise County Republican Committee from 2002 to 2006. She was also 3rd Vice Chair of the District 30 Republican Committee from 2003 to 2006. Griffin then was a candidate for the State House again in 2006 but was not elected.
Griffin has been a Real Estate Associate Broker for Sierra Vista Realty since 1975.
