A Florida Tax Approval will not appear on the November 6, 2012 ballot in the state of Florida as an initiated constitutional amendment. If enacted this measure would have required referendum approval of anticipated ad valorem tax revenue increases if they are over three per cent of the previous year's ad valorem tax revenue. The amendment was introduced by Ax the Tax on November 8, 2006.[1]
