Marshall is running in the 2012 election for West Virginia House of Delegates, District 63. Marshall ran unopposed in the May 8 primary election and is challenged by Michael Folk in the general election which takes place on November 6, 2012.[1][2]
2010
Marshall was defeated in District 55 in the November 2, 2010 general election. He was defeated by Republican incumbent John Overington. Marshall was unopposed in the primary election.[3][4]
