Dewey Bartlett recall, Tulsa, Oklahoma (2010)
From Ballotpedia
An effort to recall Dewey Bartlett from his position as Mayor of Tulsa, Oklahoma, is underway as of February 2010.[1]
Recall organizers are allegedly upset with Bartlett because he used public employee layoffs, pay cuts and demotions to balance the city's books.
3,300 signatures, or 5% of the vote cast for mayor in the November 2008 mayoral election, must be collected as initial signatures, followed by about 16,000 more signatures.
