Colorado 20-Mill Tax Rate Limit, Issue 3 (1936)

Colorado Issue 3 (1936) was a measure amending the "uniformity clause" of the constitution principally by limiting rate to taxation for all purposes to 20 mills in cities and towns of first class, and 15 mills in other divisions. It failed.
