Bob Cullen and Dean Rhodes recall, Lafayette, Oregon (2010)
From Ballotpedia
A vote on whether to recall Bob Cullen and Dean Rhodes from their seats on the Lafayette, Oregon, city council took place on June 29, 2010.[1] Both targets were recalled from their seats.
Trevor Higby was the leader of the recall effort. Higby says he wanted Rhodes out of office because Rhodes supported year-round odd-even lawn-watering restrictions. Higby wanted Cullen out of office because he supported a graffiti wall and the new city water reservoir.
