Goal: Replace old state hub pages with our new design. This project is completed!

Current to-do list

1. Redo priority states
2. Redo all other states

Example

Use the hub design sandbox as the model from which you copy to the other states. California and Kansas are models for what the finished product looks like.

Style notes

1. If a link doesn't exist for the state (e.g. "Oklahoma local ballot measures"), go ahead and leave the link red so we can add it later.
2. Only suggest blue links (in the "Articles you can improve" section) that are started but incomplete - new users aren't likely to tackle red links yet.
3. Copy the latest news story for now. Eventually we'll be replacing all those news stories with DPL headlines.
