A Baldwin County Annexation Amendment will appear on the November 6, 2012 ballot in Baldwin County, Alabama as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment. The measure would to define the Stockton Landmark District within the county and would also prohibit the annexation of any property within the district into any municipality. The measure was introduced during 2011 state legislative session.
