2010
Biggs was ineligible to run for re-election in 2010 due to the term limits of the Arizona House of Representatives. He instead won election to the district 22 seat of the Arizona State Senate. He ran unopposed.[3]
2008
On November 4, 2008, Biggs and Laurin Hendrix were elected to the 22nd District Seat in the Arizona House of Representatives, defeating opponent Glenn Ray (D).[4]
Biggs raised $27,405 for the campaign, Hendrix raised $64,228, and Ray raised $34,256.[5]
