Andrew Roraback (b. March 29, 1960) is a 2012 Republican candidate seeking election to the U.S. House representing the 5th Congressional District of Connecticut. Roraback is a Republican member of the Connecticut State Senate, representing District 30 since 2001.

Biography

Roraback earned his BA from Yale University in 1983. He went on to receive his JD from the University of Virginia Law School in 1987.

Career

Roraback was a Republican member of the Connecticut State Senate, representing District 30 since 2001. He has been the the Minority Caucus Chairman and Deputy Minority Leader Pro Tempore since 2007.

He served in the Connecticut State House of Representatives from 1994 to 2000.

Roraback has been Partner/Attorney of Roraback and Roraback since 1988. He has also worked as Harwinton Town Attorney from 1994 to the present.
